Ms. Donna Lobascio

Ms. Lobascio has been a school counselor for over 20 years, with counseling and test administration experience in elementary, middle, and high schools. She also spent many years in the classroom teaching every grade from kindergarten through eighth grade. She received her B.A. in Art Therapy with a minor in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. While attending TCNJ, Ms. Lobascio spent a semester abroad studying Art Therapy at the University of Birmingham in England. She spent a month back-packing through Europe before returning back to the states in her senior year. She caught the travel bug and returned to visit European countries on four more occasions back packing during the summer months gaining insight into the many different cultures along the way. After years in the classroom, she earned her M.A. in Student Personnel Services (School Counseling) from Rowan University. As a life-long learner, after becoming a school counselor, Ms. Lobascio continued her education at Wilmington University where she received her second Master's degree in School Leadership & School Administration. Although, everything she really needed to know she learned while teaching kindergarten. She is honored to have the opportunity to serve the students and their families in the Cinnaminson community working as a counselor and supervisor of the guidance department. While she loves to come to work every day, Ms. Lobascio can be found in her garden or taking photographs, travelling or doing home improvement projects in her spare time.

Mr. Ferrante has been working as a School Counselor for 14 years, most recently serving as a Counseling Director. Before entering the School Counseling field, Mr. Ferrante taught high school English. He enjoys assisting students with their college essays by giving them both positive and critical feedback. Mr. Ferrante is a graduate of Rowan University, where he earned his BA in English and his MA in School Counseling. Additionally, he has earned certificates as Director of School Counseling, Supervisor, and Substance Awareness Coordinator. Passionate about helping students succeed in school, Mr. Ferrante is excited to be at Cinnaminson High School. Some of his duties include I & RS Coordinator, RCBC's Spring Ahead and CAP Programs, ASVAB Testing, and New Jersey Biology Competency Testing.

Mr. Michael Repsher
10th through 12th grades K–S
Mr. Repsher worked as a school counselor for nine years in Columbia, Maryland prior to coming to CHS. Mr. Repsher attended Towson University where he studied Psychology and Sports Psychology. Immediately following graduation from Towson University, Mr. Repsher began working at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, where he held multiple positions working with students who had a variety of disabilities. Upon completing his master’s degree at Loyola University, he began working as a school counselor at Long Reach High School in Columbia, Maryland. While at LRHS, Mr. Repsher was also the varsity baseball coach for 7 years. At Cinnaminson High School, Mr. Repsher’s responsibilities include, PSAT testing, AP testing, Naviance training, and NCAA eligibility information. Mr. Repsher is excited about getting to know the students of Cinnaminson High School and help them plan for their future. Mr. Repsher is excited to be coming home to South Jersey after living in Maryland the past 15 years. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, working on cars and home renovations. He is also a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan and loves all things sports.

Mrs. Gwen Luecke
9th grade A–Z
Mrs. Luecke is happy to be joining the CHS counseling office staff and excited about the opportunity to help foster a seamless transition students from the Middle to the High School. She has spent the last four years as a middle school guidance counselor; with this last two years spent in Cinnaminson at CMS. Mrs. Luecke completed her B.A. Degree at Temple University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Anthropology. She spent many years working with both children and adults with developmental disabilities in the community. From running group homes, providing case management services, to supporting students in the classroom, Mrs. Luecke loved helping people young and old find and enhance their strengths, interests, and grow their support networks. She returned to school and received her M.A. in School Counseling from Seton Hall University and is enjoying this next phase of helping students as a school counselor. When she is not at work, Mrs. Luecke can be found with her family. She loves vacations to Disney World, watching her son, Sammy do Karate, and walking her dog. At the end of the day, you will find her curled up with a good book.
