- Set up (Need at least 16+)
- Food Server (Need at least 6)
- Chaperone Bus (Need 5 adults to and from location)
- Chaperone Event (Need 25+ / can be in shifts)
- Check – In (Need 3)
- Bag Check (Need 3)
- Tombola (Need 3)
- Clean-Up (Need at least 15+)
- Not limited to above (additional help will be necessary)
