Shafiq Herrington-Boys Track
Shafiq has been consistent throughout January as one of the best jumpers in South Jersey. At the SJTCA Meet on 1/3 he finished 2nd in the high jump, and 7th in the triple jump. On the 10th he finished 2nd again in the high jump at an SJTCA meet, and then at the Nike Elite Meet on the 21st medaled and took 5th. He followed that up with another 2nd place finish on the 24th.

She is currently sitting at 19-3 and was ranked #5 in south jersey for her respective weight class by the courier post. Her success on the mat has not just been limited to competition, but she has also shown immense growth as a leader among her teammates.
